Hatha Yoga is one of the most popular yoga style in the world. 'Ha' means sun, and 'tha' means moon. Hatha yoga promotes balance of the whole body, using gravity and body weight as resistance. The sequences consist of long-holding postures, which help you move through your breath and pay attention to the body alignment. During the session, it gives you time to stretch out, release the muscle tensions and reduce stiffness. This strives to balance opposing parts of the physical body, the front and back, the left and right and the top and bottom. The class is suitable for beginners while there are variations for seasoned yogis.

Private Yoga Session
One-on-one yoga session allows you to follow your own pace and deepen your yoga practice. A free consultation session will be arranged so we can discuss about your personal needs and goals in private yoga. The former one is from your heart, while the latter one is from your brain. Most of the time, we want to do so much. When our body does not allow us to achieve our goals, we feel frustrated. Listening to the body and follow the pace of grace. When we release the body tension and calm our mind, we have energy to cope well with the practical aspects of life.
Private sessions can be tailored especially you have injuries or other special requirements. The alignments of yoga poses will help you avoid further injuries. We will help you build muscles strength, and avoid pressure on the joints.
The class is 60 minute, followed by a complimentary 15 minute neck and shoulder Thai-style massage .
$ 70 (including 60 min. yoga and 15 min. massage)
