In our modern lifestyle, we seem to feel overwhelmed and worried all the time. This seminar explains why we feel this way by understanding fight or flight response. When our lives are about to change, we may sense the willingness and resistance at the same time causing distress. Let’s learn about acceptance skills and how to manage distress and anxiety.
We all enjoy a sense of joy, but we prefer not to experience negative emotions. In this seminar, we discuss the role of happiness, as well as fear, sadness and anger. Positive or negative emotions produce an urge to carry out a certain action. We’ll learn how to label the emotion we are experiencing and regulate emotions.
